Frequently Asked Questions

No. All medically necessary services listed in the MSP Schedule of Benefits are billed directly to MSP. You will only pay for services that are not insured (e.g., wellness check-up, cosmetic procedures, certain medical forms) unless you enrol in our Executive Health Plan.

The plan provides longer annual physicals, same‑day extended appointments, advanced screening technologies, and expedited form completion—benefits that go beyond MSP coverage.

Let us know you are a visitor during booking, and we will guide you through the rest. You may claim reimbursement from your insurer if eligible. Feel free to use our contact form at the bottom of this page.

Membership

Our annual enrolment fees for our family practice are based on whether you have simple or complex medical issues. Fees are reduced for families with younger children under 14 years of age.

  • Non-complex client – $2,500/year/client
  • Clients over the age of 60 – $3,500/year/client
  • Complex care client – $3,500/year/client
  • Family with children under 14 years (maximum of 4) – $5,000/yearly

Please note that membership fees do not cover the cost of form completion (e.g., sick notes, driver’s medical exams, insurance forms, etc). These will continue to be billed separately at 50% off the walk-in Documentation & Form Completion fee schedule.

Evening and weekend visits will be for initial telephone and virtual consultations. If the doctor decides that your concerns discussed over the telephone or virtual appointment require a further in-person appointment, this can be done same-day at our clinic without an additional fee. Except in cases where the further discussion requires a comprehensive physical examination, then only the difference of fees is collected.

Wellness Check-up & Standard Physical Exam: $485

  • Skin/Mole Examination with Dermatoscope: $250
  • Iron Infusion: $270

Documentation & Form Completion

Includes consultation, exam, and completion of form.

The fee for completion of medical forms, letters, notes, or reports, following any consultation or examination, will depend on the form type and number of pages. The complexity of the form will determine whether it can be completed under the appointment fee, or if it may incur an additional charge. Members receive a 50% discount on the walk-in fee schedule. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. All payments are expected to be made by the clients before services are provided.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

The annual enrolment fee is charged yearly per patient. You can choose to withdraw membership at the end of each year.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit. A 50% refund may be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

Official receipts will be provided for the service and payment.
